Roofing Service Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a Roofing Service Foreman for our Stow market. CentiMark is America's largest roofing contractor with over 58 years of construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 8 people.
• Ensuring the crew operates to optimize safety, service, and quality measures.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit., and Metal Roof Repairs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) with reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb up to 25 feet on ladders.
• Able to work within a team environment.
• Able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, if necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
