Roofing Service Foreman

About the Role

Diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets, and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
• Lead maintenance and small repair projects.
• Complete required paperwork and time sheets.
• Enforce and follow CentiMark safety policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roof repairs.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and climb ladders to heights of at least 25 ft.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, out‑of‑town travel, and overtime as needed.

Pay

$23 per hour – $28 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Dayshift hours with occasional weekend, holiday, travel, and overtime requirements.
