Roofing Service Foreman and Laborers

About the role

CentiMark Corporation is seeking Roofing Service Foreman and Service Laborers in the greater Huntsville area. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety, experience in various types of roof repairs, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. - Perform small repair jobs and roof maintenance tasks. - Work within a team environment.

Requirements

- For Roofing Foreman: - Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety. - Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and metal roof repairs. - Authorized to work in the United States. - Valid state driver’s license (in good standing). - Must pass pre-employment drug test. - Service Helper experience preferred. - For Roofing Service Laborers: - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet. - Able to work within a team environment. - At least 18 years of age or older. - Authorized to work in the United States. - Have reliable transportation. - Must pass a pre-employment drug test. - Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

- For Roofing Foreman: - Authorized to work in the United States. - Must pass a pre-employment drug test. - Service Helper experience preferred. - For Roofing Service Laborers: - Authorized to work in the United States. - Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
