Roofing Sales Representative

About the role

Vault Roofing is a leading residential roofing and exterior remodeling company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and high‑quality workmanship. As the company expands into new and existing markets, it is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join a growing team that values hard work, integrity, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre‑scheduled and confirmed in‑home appointments per week (no cold calling or door knocking required).
• Earn additional commission for self‑generated business.
• Drive to pre‑set appointments.
• Complete a thorough two‑week training program with the dedicated sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Work with supporting departments to take jobs through completion following point of sale.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 5‑day work week between Monday‑Saturday (Saturdays are mandatory).
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑disciplined and money‑motivated.
• Proficiency with technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Base training salary plus commission during the first 6 months; fully commission after the first 6 months (or earlier).

Pay

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $250,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and additional bonus opportunities.

Schedule

• Work a 5‑day week (Monday‑Saturday); Saturdays are mandatory.
• Monday‑Friday appointments are scheduled at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm.
• Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10 am and 2 pm.
