About the role
Lapota Contracting, Inc is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join their team in Murray, UT.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus a 10–20% commission per signed rejuvenation job (ACV ≈ $5,300) — paid weekly. There is unlimited upside.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to present roofing solutions to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners and contractors
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals
- Represent Lapota Contracting’s brand and values
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience in the roofing industry preferred
- Knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs
- Passion for home improvement and customer service
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Organizational and time management skills
