Responsibilities
- Sales consultants: Engage with homeowners to understand their needs, provide estimates, and close sales.
- Customer Service Managers: Oversee customer service teams, ensuring high-quality interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Storm response and inspection teams: Respond to storm damage claims, inspect properties, and coordinate repairs.
- Production coordinators: Manage day-to-day operations, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Estimators: Create detailed estimates for roofing projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Marketing, HR, and operations support: Assist in marketing campaigns, human resources activities, and operational tasks to enhance efficiency and support.
Requirements
- Entry-level roles: No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Seasoned leaders: Experience in construction or related fields, with proven leadership skills and a track record of success.
