Responsibilities
- Sales consultants: Build relationships with homeowners, manage sales calls, and close deals.
- Customer Service Managers: Oversee customer service teams, ensure high-quality service, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Storm response and inspection teams: Respond to storm damage claims, inspect properties, and provide timely repairs.
- Production coordinators: Manage daily tasks, schedule projects, and ensure timely completion of roof installations.
- Estimators: Provide accurate estimates for roof repairs and replacements.
- Marketing, HR, and operations support: Assist in marketing initiatives, human resources functions, and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Entry-level roles: No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Seasoned leaders: Experience in the roofing industry, leadership skills, and a proven track record of success are preferred.
