Roofing Sales & Project Manager – Door-to-Door

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals or storm-related leads
• Inspect roofing, gutters, and siding; walk homeowners through findings and options
• Write, present, and close contracts
• Collect payment and oversee the job from contract to completion

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license (21+ with a clean MVR if you'd like access to a company truck)
• Reliable transportation and your own cell phone
• Physically able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable with outside/D2D sales
• Solid communicator who can juggle several active projects at once
