What You'll Do
- Meet with warm leads through in-person consultations, finalizing agreements that safeguard homes.
- Perform video roof inspections (including climbing ladders and accessing attics).
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to foster relationships and secure sales.
- Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass team goals, exchanging insights and approaches.
- Cultivate a professional network to develop self-generated leads.
- Close deals!

- An established sales professional with a record of surpassing quotas (from fields such as real estate, insurance, or technology).
- Motivated to create leads through networking and proactive efforts.
- Capable of climbing roofs for inspections.
- Enthusiastic and dedicated, with excellent listening, follow-up, and closing abilities.
- Attentive to details, collaborative, and devoted to ethical practices and customer priority.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and some Saturdays.
- Proficiency with computer software, including a smartphone and a laptop.
