Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing
• Possess knowledge of local neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Provide homeowners with information on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Closely partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and able to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
