Roofing Sales Consultant

P.J. Fitzpatrick, the most respected home improvement company in the Delaware Valley and a BBB Torch Award winner for ethics and integrity, is hiring Roofing Sales Consultants. This is a 100% commission outside sales role with pre-set, in-home roofing appointments—no cold calling or door knocking.

About the role

• 100% commission outside sales role with pre-set, in-home roofing appointments
• No cold calling or door knocking required
• Roofing experience is a plus but not required
• Paid professional training and ongoing coaching provided
• Training takes place at our New Castle, DE or Bowie, MD offices (travel and hotel covered)

Pay

• Up to $300,000/year
• 100% commission
• Uncapped earnings

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficient PC skills
• Must pass background check and drug screen
