About the role

Stronghouse is seeking driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors. This position offers the freedom to run your own sales business while leveraging Stronghouse’s reputation, marketing tools, and support resources.

What You’ll Do

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, or personal networks
• Communicate and engage with potential customers
• Educate homeowners about roof replacement options and guide them through the process
• Manage your own schedule and customer relationships
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer you serve

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Willing to learn and execute company standards
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
• LLC, EIN, and COI required (or willing to obtain)
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
