Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales
1099 Commission-Based position with average earnings of $70K–$150K+. Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually.
About the role
Join Shamrock Roofing and Construction, a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States, as we expand across the Midwest and South. We’ve built a $70M roofing brand on reputation, community, and results. You’ll bring the drive, and we’ll provide the systems, brand power, and back-end support to help you close big deals. This is a year-round opportunity in outside door-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided and self-generated leads expected.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect payments
- Manage roofing projects from start to finish
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License (21+ for company truck use after MVR check)
- Self-starting, disciplined, and highly motivated attitude
- Must be coachable and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation (ability to carry a ladder)
- Cell phone
- Comfortable with outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs, and walk on roofs (not afraid of heights)
- Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Pay
Average annual earnings range from $70,000 to $150,000+, with top performers earning $200,000+. This is a 1099 commission-based position with bonus opportunities, including competitions and training pay.
