What You’ll Do:
- Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Take progress photos and update project records
- Help with inspections when needed
- Cookordination with production teams to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Pay & Basics:
- $16 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) + Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $100–$200/week)
- Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+
- Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
- Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)
