Roofing Production Foreman

About the Role

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman in the Bloomington, MN area. This role involves supervising and training a crew of 5 to 6 people, ensuring optimal safety, service, and quality measures.

You will lead and train the crew in field applications, work with the field supervisor, and communicate with customers and management. Responsibilities include handling paperwork, timesheets, and ensuring the team installs a quality CentiMark roof within the provided hours in a safe and orderly manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a crew of 5 to 6 people.
• Ensure crew operates with a focus on safety, service, and quality.
• Lead and train crew in field applications.
• Communicate with customers and management.
• Complete paperwork and timesheets.
• Install high-quality commercial/industrial roofs safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, and TPO is a plus.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
