Roofing Field Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute successful projects. Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects. Set up and maintain a safe job site, ensure quality and proper installation, manage job site material counts, communicate with customers, employees, and operations manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual is a bonus

Pay

The role pays $85k - $100k based on experience, plus premier benefits!
