Roofing Field Supervisor

Job Summary

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
Supervise multiple roofing projects
Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
Plan and execute a successful project

Candidate Qualifications

• Capability of understanding roofing manufacturer’s specifications
• Capability of reading blueprints
• Experience in Construction/Roofing is Required
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
