About the Role

We are seeking experienced Roofing Contractors to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on property needs, inspections, and renovation scope, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections, repairs, and full replacements
• Install roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, or flat roofing)
• Identify leaks, storm damage, and structural issues
• Ensure all work meets local codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards
• Manage materials, labor, and project timelines
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates

Requirements

• Valid Roofing Contractor license (State of Florida)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial roofing
• Ability to handle roof repairs, replacements, and new installations
• Knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs)
• Must have your own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable)
• Understanding of local building codes, permitting, and safety standards
• Able to perform roof inspections and identify damage or issues
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage projects independently
