Key Responsibilities
- Aid the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing roofing construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders effectively
- Maintain oversight of project progress and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in roofing construction or related field
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in construction
- Knowledge of roofing systems including TPO and reroofing processes
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
