About the role

Join Our Roofing Crew in Auburn and Greater Seattle Steady roofing work for roofers and roofing helpers across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in the Greater Seattle Area.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair different roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, shingles, and silicone coatings
• Help with roof repairs, tear-offs, prep work, cleanup, and material handling
• Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Follow safety rules and work as part of a crew

Requirements

• Experience is welcome, but not required for helper roles
• If you are new to roofing and ready to work, we can train you on the job

Qualifications

• Roofting or construction experience is a plus, but not required for helper roles
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work with a crew
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
• Able to communicate with supervisors and crew members

Skills

• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Ability to follow safety rules and work as part of a team

Schedule

• Full-time preferred

Pay

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour. Final rate depends on experience and skill level. Overtime is paid when applicable.
