About the Role

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The company is on a mission to modernize the building products industry through advanced technology and exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of building products.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from a conveyor boom, often from first or second-story rooftops.
• Assist with ground drop operations at designated job sites when rooftop delivery is not feasible.
• Verify order contents before loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Support delivery operations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE daily.

Requirements

• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to the branch location.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to learning and following all safety procedures.
• Passion for working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $20.24 - USD $23.00 /Hr. This position may also offer variable compensation. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data.
