Roof Leak Repair Service Technician (Commercial)

Roofshield Technician Responsibilities

• Possess the physical capabilities required for commercial roofing, including but not limited to lifting (up to 80 lbs), stooping, bending, material handling, ladder climbing, awareness of height exposure, and the capacity to work in adverse weather conditions
• Follow all directions given by the immediate leader (roofing foreman or lead-man) as it relates to job production
• Learn and gain skill in working to meet the standards and application quality set by GSM Services for the installation or roofing materials
• Learn and gain skill in the proper use and maintenance of roof equipment

What you Need to be Qualified for the Roofshield Technician Position

• Minimum 1-year experience
• Possess the ability to use basic math
• Familiar with roof materials and their basic application
• Familiar with basic roofing tools
• Ability to climb ladders and have a complete awareness of height exposures and safety concerns
• Valid NC or SC Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter
• Neat Appearance
• Good work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Possess the ability to read and write English to a HS level
