Roof Installer

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems, including asphalt shingles and/or standing seam metal
• Assist with tear-off, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, ventilation, and other components
• Ensure materials are installed safely and according to manufacturer specifications
• Follow installation instructions from the Crew Leader or Site Supervisor

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' roofing installation experience preferred (shingle, metal, or both) and/or construction experience
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work on ladders and steep roofs
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job site meeting points
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
• Basic tool knowledge (nail gun, hammer, knife, tape measure, etc.)
