Roof Damage Inspector - $80K+ Opportunity - Paid Training

About the role

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated sales individuals to join our team. This is an opportunity to build a high-earning career in a fast-growing industry, no prior roofing or sales experience required. We provide paid training and a proven system for success. In this role, you’ll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. Note: This is not a roofing installation position; our production team handles all roof installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Coachable and motivated to learn

Pay

Typical first-year earnings: $63K–$120K+ with uncapped commission potential; paid training plus uncapped incentive-based earnings after training.
