About the Role

Part of the "Front House Addition and Remodel — Keniston" project. Furnish and install a complete clay-tile roofing assembly according to the provided plans.

Responsibilities

• Tear-off of existing roofing if required
• Install underlayment, flashings, edge metal, and primary clay-tile roof covering
• Debris haul-off
• Install manufacturer-required ventilation
• Provide warranty documentation
