Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace roofing and siding systems.
- Inspect problem areas and decide the best approach for a repair or replacement.
- Ensure every job meets our standards and the customer's specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely to get the work done.
- Work at heights while following all safety regulations.
- Work with the rest of the crew to finish projects on time and on budget.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients when needed.
Requirements
- Installer: proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of roofing and siding materials and techniques.
- Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina for labor-intensive work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Helper: no prior experience required, but a real willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
Skills
- Knowledge of roofing and siding materials and techniques.
