Copper Glance is a cozy bar & kitchen in Winthrop, Washington, offering creative & classic cocktails, an interesting collection of spirits, and delicious small plates featuring local & organic ingredients. We also have a small array of thoughtfully procured beers & wines.

We are all about making things interesting & delicious. At Copper Glance, we strive to present cocktails that are timeless classics, as well as twists and turns on these same recipes that allow our bar tending team to have fun and explore the big world of spirits and flavors. Our motto is research, research, research and we work really hard to develop and present cocktails that we feel highlight seasonal ingredients and flavors.
Food
Our vision at Copper Glance is to provide a fresh approach to dining in Winthrop. We strive to offer delicious small plates made with thoughtfully procured goods and source locally whenever possible. We also recognize that sometimes we need to go directly to the source to get the right ingredients for a dish and that might be somewhere on the other side of the world or right here in the Methow Valley.
Land stewardship is important to us, so we proudly serve local organic produce when at all possible, ecologically and humanely raised meats, game and poultry found at farms around the state of Washington & the Pacific Northwest. We’re committed to supporting those farms and ranches that have made it their mission to respect the land, animals, and the environment.
