About the Role

redbox+ Dumpsters is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as a Driver. This position involves delivering and emptying roll-off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely, providing excellent customer service to customers and homeowners, maintaining relationships with project managers, performing safety pre-trip inspections according to DOT guidelines, emptying containers at disposal sites, cleaning/servicing portable toilets, tarping containers during transport, emptying wastewater tanks at disposal sites, managing time effectively to ensure always on-time delivery & pick-up, safely operating vehicles in all weather conditions, navigating high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments, highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary, and maintaining professional interactions with customers and maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all members of the public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets
• Tarp containers during transport
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites
• Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time delivery & pick-up
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
• Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age
• Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Excellent driving record
• Valid/Current Class A or B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Familiarity of the Austin TX Metro

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the waste industry
• Proven ability to manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in operating heavy machinery and equipment
• Experience with DOT guidelines and safety regulations
