About the role
Nucor Steel Marion is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Rolling Mill Shift Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Nucor culture where safety is a value continually demonstrated.
- Select, teach, and train a team in all aspects of steel production while working closely with peers within the leadership team to develop consistent guidelines for the Nucor Marion team.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Previous leadership experience, lead or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of steel mill experience.
Qualifications
- Team member training and development experience.
- Experience in rebar production and rolling theory.
- Knowledge of operational systems and maintenance best practices.

Pay
Potential annual income of $120K–$150K, including weekly production bonus.
