Rollermeter Operators are responsible for loading materials into machinery, maintaining equipment and sanitizing work areas.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand how rollermeters operate, how to clean them, how to eliminate issues like spilling and clogging
• Set up and calibrate rollermeters correctly and be able to calibrate batches with unique issues as necessary
• Periodically verify sizes coming out of rollermeters and complete sizing checks after completion of batches
• Periodically verify "reject" product is actually defective, and resolve issues if product was rejected incorrectly
• Load and setup frosted glass tables
• Operate frosted glass tables and ensure extra product rejection is minimal
• Complete traveler paperwork, cleaning logs, maintenance logs in their entirety
• Solve daily issues with rollers, like improper calibration, spillage, clogging, and daily maintenance
• Determine sizes of objects with precision
• Perform visual inspections of product
• Perform cleanliness inspections

Requirements

• A minimum of one year's experience working in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a team player

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
