Responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller to compact and level road surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Physical ability to operate heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of asphalt compaction techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Skills

• Proficient in operating asphalt rollers.
