Roller Operator

Department: OperationsLocation: Raleigh, NC Description We are currently searching for Roller Operators. Key Responsibilities Comply with all company and site specific policies and proceduresSafe and efficient operation of equipment to meet production targetsPerform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipmentMaintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concernsComplete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Hold and maintain a valid driver’s licenseMust have a clean motor-vehicle recordWillingness to obtain an OSHA 10 Safety Training CertificatePassing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required and a background check will be conductedHigh school diploma or GED is preferredMust be at least 18 years oldReliable transportation to and from the work siteMust be able to lift 50 pounds Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401 (k) with company matchPTO, holidays, and paid winter holidayProfessional development & career growth opportunitiesSupportive team environment in a respected, growing company
