Rollback Driver/CDL-A

About the role

We are seeking a Rollback Driver with a CDL-A license to join our team at Sunstate Equipment Co. Located in Reno, NV 89502, this position offers competitive pay ranging from $27.95 to $34.90 per hour, paid weekly. The typical schedule includes Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, averaging 40-55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Unload and load heavy equipment from trucks, ensuring all materials are handled safely and securely.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Be bilingual for additional communication advantages.
• Familiarize yourself with the local area or be able to navigate using technology.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card with Tanker Endorsement.
• Experience as a driver is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to load and unload heavy equipment from trucks.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and customers.
• Bilingual advantage.
• Familiarity with the local area or ability to navigate using technology.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
