Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Roll Thread machines with little to no supervision, ensuring quality standards are met for the assigned machine group
• Continuously improve processes and products
• Set up and operate equipment as trained
• Follow all safety rules
• Perform inspection checks to monitor the quality of all parts
• Record data for SPC, ISO/QS documentation
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Move material by operating forklift or using non-motorized devices
• Suggest process improvement ideas
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Team Lead

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience operating a variety of sized Roll Thread equipment
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform basic math

Preferred Experience

• Experience operating Hartford, Kyoei, and SEMS equipment

These positions are available on 1st and 2nd shift.
