We’re more than just a print shop — we’re a full-service, family-run print-media solutions provider with sheetfed, web, large format and digital press capabilities, plus the largest bindery/finishing area in New England. We’re growing fast and looking for second shift skilled print professionals who are passionate about quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Load, mount, and prepare paper rolls onto web presses according to production specifications.
• Perform webbing and splicing to ensure continuous press operation.
• Maintain paper roll performance throughout production runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect rolls for damage or imperfections prior to loading.
• Absorb and assist press operators with setup, maintenance, and production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage, press downtime, and production runs.
• Remove and replace finished rolls, ensuring correct labeling and storage.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of press and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machinery.
• Ability to lift and maneuver paper rolls weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in manufacturing material handling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining print quality.

Qualifications

• 1–4 months of manufacturing experience.
• Training available with previous manufacturing/warehouse experience.
