Roll Off Driver/Technician Day Shift (CDL A/B)

Schedule

Thursday to Sunday, Day Shift starting at 7 AM.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22.00‑$25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Overtime and call‑out pay are also offered.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll-Off truck on farm property
• Perform backing maneuvers in tight and overhead‑constrained areas
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members
• Prepare for jobs by checking equipment, tools, and materials
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety protocols
• Handle equipment with care and keep the truck in top condition
• Work outdoors in all weather — rain or shine
• Overtime work when scheduled

Requirements

• CDL Class A or B (not required but preferred)
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience with roll‑off truck
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and take pride in essential work
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time
• Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for route info and updates
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
