Roll-Off Driver

About the Role

EcoSouth is looking for a reliable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting containers to and from customer locations, all while representing our company with professionalism. Your work will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for dependable service and a strong commitment to safety, ensuring each task contributes to our larger mission of sustainable practices in the waste industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport roll-off containers to and from customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is always ready for service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with loading and unloading containers as needed, ensuring proper handling and placement at each site.

Requirements

• 2 years of previous experience operating a CDL vehicle.
• Roll-Off experience.
• Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with an air brake endorsement.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include a previous employment check, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.

$23 - $25 hourly
