Roll Off Driver

About the role

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently searching for an experienced roll-off driver to join our small, family-owned team. You’ll work closely with the owner and play a critical role in delivering our patented combination portable toilet and dumpster—a unique, efficient, and innovative product in the waste-service market. We prioritize exceptional service for both our customers and their customers, and we’re looking for a friendly, timely, and safety-conscious self-starter who thrives in a small-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver roll-off/portable toilet combination containers to customer job sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform safety pre-trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/service portable toilets using a vac tank system (toilets are typically onsite for less than a week and do not require extensive cleaning, but you must be comfortable with this task)
• Secure tarp containers during transport
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites
• Work up to 10-hour days when needed

Requirements

• Must have roll-off experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must provide a current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/current Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes
• Familiarity with Bucks and Montgomery counties

Skills

• Excellent time management to ensure on-time deliveries
• Safe operation of a vehicle in all weather conditions
• Ability to navigate high-traffic roads, tight driveways, and low-overhead environments
• Highly skilled in backing and maneuvering, sometimes in challenging conditions
• Professional and courteous interactions with customers and the public
