Roll Off Driver

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently searching for an experienced roll-off driver to join our small, family-owned team. You’ll work closely with the owner and play a critical role in delivering our patented combination portable toilet and dumpster units—an innovative, efficient solution in the waste-service market.

About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, timely, and safety-conscious self-starter who thrives in a small-business environment. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, and safely operate a specially equipped 2020 or newer Kenworth automatic, tandem-axle truck. You’ll manage logistics, perform pre-trip inspections, and occasionally get a little dirty—including cleaning portable toilets (the owner does it right alongside you).

Responsibilities

• Deliver roll-off/portable toilet combination containers to customer job sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform safety pre-trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/service portable toilets using a vac tank system (toilets are typically onsite for less than a week and do not require extensive cleaning)
• Secure and tarp containers during transport
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites
• Willingness/ability to work up to 10-hour days when work is available

Requirements

• Must have roll-off experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/current Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes
• Familiarity with Bucks & Montgomery counties
