Roll Form Operator

Responsibilities

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves.
• Complete all tasks as required or assigned by immediate supervisor and upper management.
• Cross-train as directed and be willing to work in any production or shipping position within the plant.
• Ensure consistent quality checks and efficient coil changes and machine changeovers while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Verify that each bundle tag is correctly marked for the customer order.
• Minimize waste and keep the coil storage area and roll-former area organized.
• Perform all duties related to the roll-forming system.
• Act professionally as a team player and provide accurate documentation of all work completed.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Achieve excellent attendance.
