Roll Form Machine Operator 2nd Shift

About the role
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Machine Operator to work in our steel panel production department. This position is responsible for operating a roll form mill to produce steel panels cut to custom lengths. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a team-first mindset, take initiative, and communicate with respect.
Responsibilities
- Operate a steel roll form mill
- Load and unload steel coils with a forklift
- Band and put away steel
- Run equipment to produce panels to specifications
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow company safety procedures
- Work collaboratively within the team to meet daily production goals
- Support other areas of the plant as needed
- Learn and cross-train on other machines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work on your feet for 90% of the day
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds regularly
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Skills

Pay
Base pay rate is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.
Schedule
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. Hours may vary depending on operations.
