Responsibilities
- Move product from trucks to staging areas safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and perform daily safety inspections of clamp trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform lockout/tag out procedures on trailers.
- Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.
- Pick and stage orders, load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED.
- 6+ months prior experience operating a Roll Clamp or Forklift.
- Willingness to work every shift.
- Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner.
- Ability to safely operate a propane-powered forklift.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
Pay
Starting salary: $25.02 - $27.34 per hour.
Annual bonus based on achievement of plant performance metrics.
