Responsibilities

• Move product from trucks to staging areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and perform daily safety inspections of clamp trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform lockout/tag out procedures on trailers.
• Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.
• Pick and stage orders, load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 6+ months prior experience operating a Roll Clamp or Forklift.
• Willingness to work every shift.
• Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner.
• Ability to safely operate a propane-powered forklift.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Pay

Starting salary: $25.02 - $27.34 per hour.

Annual bonus based on achievement of plant performance metrics.
