About the role

The casual dining attendant is responsible for ensuring a fast, friendly quality dining experience for guests. Duties include service of food and beverage items, collecting payment, cleaning and restocking in assigned venues, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and interacting with guests to maintain great guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly upon arrival and farewell.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment with calmness and accuracy.
• Adheres to SOPs related to cash and food handling.
• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and dining room floor.

• Interacts with guests to foster loyalty.
• Works flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various forms.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing.
