Responsibilities

• Genuinely LOVE kids

• Believe in developmentally appropriate coaching that builds confidence and skill
• Communicate effectively, holding a toddler's attention and engaging with parents
• Perform like a pro, being high-energy, animated, and comfortable being the center of attention
• Show up like a professional, leaving drama and personal distractions at the door
• Live the healthy lifestyle you teach, taking care of your own nutrition, movement, and mindset
• Work in a physically intensive environment, covering multiple miles and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Be a team-first player with leadership instincts, being humble, coachable, and growing
• Understand that working with kids is never boring and love that aspect of the job
• Believe in building something bigger than yourself, taking pride in every little win

Requirements

• Not comfortable being silly, animated, or energetic in front of kids and parents
• Think “coaching” just means running a drill or giving commands
• Get easily frustrated, overwhelmed, or impatient with children
• Be late often, show up unprepared, or bring personal issues to work
• Not ready for a physically demanding job or dislike fitness
• Have a “my way or the highway” attitude or struggle with consistent communication
• Prefer to work alone and don’t thrive in a team environment
• Struggle with hard conversations or don’t take feedback well
• Just looking for a paycheck and not a purpose
