Responsibilities
- Genuinely LOVE kids
- Be patient, kind, and manage energy and behavior in a fun, supportive way
- Lead, love, and serve with grace, wisdom, and purpose
- Believe in developmentally appropriate coaching that builds confidence and skill
- Communicate effectively, holding a toddler's attention and engaging with parents
- Perform like a pro, being high-energy, animated, and comfortable being the center of attention
- Show up like a professional, leaving drama and personal distractions at the door
- Live the healthy lifestyle you teach, taking care of your own nutrition, movement, and mindset
- Work in a physically intensive environment, covering multiple miles and lifting up to 35 pounds
- Be a team-first player with leadership instincts, being humble, coachable, and growing
- Understand that working with kids is never boring and love that aspect of the job
- Believe in building something bigger than yourself, taking pride in every little win
Requirements
- Not comfortable being silly, animated, or energetic in front of kids and parents
- Think “coaching” just means running a drill or giving commands
- Get easily frustrated, overwhelmed, or impatient with children
- Be late often, show up unprepared, or bring personal issues to work
- Not ready for a physically demanding job or dislike fitness
- Have a “my way or the highway” attitude or struggle with consistent communication
- Prefer to work alone and don’t thrive in a team environment
- Struggle with hard conversations or don’t take feedback well
- Just looking for a paycheck and not a purpose
Qualifications
- Passionate about teaching & training
- Highly communicative, able to hold a toddler's attention and engage parents
- Confident in body language, smiling, and maintaining positive vibes
- Punctual, prepared, and take the role seriously

- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
