Rockmart Hourly Production General Laborer - 2nd Shift

About the role

Earn $12.50/hour ($15.50 with perfect attendance bonus). Great benefits including 401K after 6 months, insurance after 60 days, holiday pay, and nurse on premises 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Inspect meat for defects (bone, veins, skin, etc.).
• Absorb and assist in other departmental areas as needed.
• Work flexible hours and rotate positions.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day.
• Free use of hands and free range of arm movement.
• Ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day.
• Ability to safely walk to and in the plant.
• Wear personal protective equipment and other necessary equipment.
