As a Closing Baker / Crew Member, you'll bake our weekly lineup, take care of guests, and get the bakery ready for a fresh start tomorrow. No professional baking experience? We'll teach you. Pay

Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips, with team members averaging approximately $21 per hour. Tips vary.

Schedule

Afternoon and evening shifts, with availability to stay through closing duties. Friday and Saturday availability is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Consistent, year-round availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for our rotating weekly menu.
• Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
• Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
• Keep production moving through the evening rush.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Complete closing duties, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing workstations.
• Handle restocking and prepare supplies for the next morning.
• Use teamwork, communication, and time management to get the job done right.

Requirements

• Show up on time, follow through, and bring the same effort to the final cleanup as you do to the first batch.
• Enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, support teammates, and take pride in leaving things ready for the next crew.
• Entry-level opportunity; no experience required—just a readiness to learn and work.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation home after closing.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Scheduling for minors must comply with applicable work-hour restrictions.
