ROC Post Purchase Manager

About the role

The ROC Post Purchase Manager leads NeighborWorks Montana’s post-purchase technical assistance services for Montana’s resident owned communities (ROCs). The position directly supervises the ROC Program Specialist positions, coordinates consistent and high-quality service across the statewide ROC portfolio, and serves as the primary management for day-to-day post-purchase operations. The Manager ensures that ROCs receive effective coaching on governance, financials, compliance and property management that builds resident leadership and long-term community sustainability. The position also leads or coordinates refinancing transactions for existing ROCs and works closely with the Cooperative Housing Director on complex community issues, strategic priorities, program quality, and organizational risk.
