What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain robotics simulation environments using NVIDIA Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, or other physics-based simulation platforms.
- Support the implementation, testing, and debugging of robotics software, including perception, planning, locomotion, manipulation, or reinforcement learning algorithms within simulation.
- Create simulation scenarios and evaluation pipelines to validate robot behaviors across a variety of environments and tasks.
- Analyze simulation results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements to algorithms and system performance.
- Collaborate closely with Robotics, AI, and Software Engineers to support Sim2Real workflows and contribute to the deployment of robotics solutions.
- Document development work, simulation experiments, and technical findings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++, with experience working in Linux/Ubuntu environments.
- Familiarity with robotics simulation frameworks such as NVIDIA Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of robotics concepts such as kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, control, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
- Bonus: Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics middleware.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, reinforcement learning frameworks (e.g. RL Games, Stable Baselines3), or deep learning workflows.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and GPU-accelerated development environments.
- Previous internship or research experience in robotics, embodied AI, autonomous systems, or simulation.
