Responsibilities

  • Create manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing.
  • Develop new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
  • Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing costs.
  • Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Conduct process flow, failure mode effects analysis, and inspection methodology for new products.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to propose solutions for future products.
  • Experience improving production processes using data analysis software.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
  • Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of data-driven problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage and execute project timelines effectively.
