About the Role

The Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts as well as drive utilization of robotic usage. As part of the program development team, they will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology, helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies, as well as driving utilization of robots—a key measure of success in this role.
  • Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
  • Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installation, providing in-service to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases.
  • Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
  • Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
  • Handle key administration duties.
  • Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely response to customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
  • Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
  • Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as required.
  • Provide support for MedEd events as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving strong results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline preferred. Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
  • Ability to perform tasks that rely on adequate visual and auditory perception, including viewing different colors on screens and hearing specific sounds that indicate a prescribed response.
  • Sufficient visual acuity and hearing ability to carry out essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Fully able to communicate in the language being used with or without reasonable accommodations and must be able to communicate safely and effectively.
  • Up to 75% travel.

Pay

Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive.
